Dr. Randy DominguezDr. Randy Dominguez earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from Universidad Central “Marta Abreu” de Las Villas in Villa Clara, Cuba, in 1997. After completing the required licensing examinations, he became licensed to practice veterinary medicine in the United States in 2007. He subsequently practiced for four years at Palmetto Animal Clinic before founding Animal Care and Surgical Hospital on February 14, 2011.
